CLARIFICATION - Vancouver B.C., December 8th, 2011 - Coronado Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRD) has instructed its solicitors to convene a shareholder meeting on February 23rd 2012 at which time, the Company will request shareholders to approve a share consolidation.

Vancouver B.C., December 7th, 2011 - Coronado Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRD) has instructed its solicitors to convene a shareholder meeting on February 23rd 2012 at which time, the Company will request shareholders to approve a share consolidation.

Coronado Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Miles Desharnais has resigned as director of the Company and Ms. Ashley Garnot has joined the board of directors.

Coronado Resources Ltd. closed the private placement of 4 million units at a price of $0.14 per unit for gross proceeds of $560,000 as previously announced on September 9th 2011.

September 9, 2011 - Coronado Resources Ltd. has arranged a private placement of 4 million shares at $ 0.14 which includes 4 million share warrants exercisable at $ 0.18 per share for a period of 2 years.

August 30, 2011 -Coronado Resources Ltd. has received payments for two shipments of ore, one of which is $416,000 for the sale of gold ore processed at the end of June as well we have received a 90% payment of 377,185.32 for gold/copper concentrate.

June 23, 2011 - Coronado Resources Ltd. has shipped and processed 950 tons of copper/gold/silver ore at a floatation mill located in Phillipsburg Montana.

Mar. 16, 2011 - Coronado Resources Ltd. has resumed development at its gold and copper mine located approximately 30 miles south of Butte, Montana, USA

Jan. 13, 2011 - Coronado Resources Ltd. - Set to commence shipments of high grade gold ore to barrick’s “golden sunlight” in Montana, USA.
